Ghost Koi (Cyprinus carpio hybrid) were first bred in the 1980's and have become very popular in the United Kingdom. They are a hybrid of Common Carp and Ogon Koi, and are distinguished by their metallic scales. They make a beautiful addition to ornamental garden ponds.
