During the winter as the weather is cold, we will not ship Koi Carp or other outdoor pond fish as this could be detrimental to the fish's health. Upon purchase, your fish will be reserved until the weather is warmer. We will contact you via telephone or email to arrange a rough date and the fish will be removed from sale. Tropical fish will still be shipped as normal. Live fish are sent by DX Livestock Courier with a £28.00 shipping fee.
